Service Agreement

Written Proposals: All cleaning services begin with a written proposal outlining specific services, schedules, and pricing. Both parties must agree to terms before service commencement.

Service Areas: We provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Greater Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Flat Monthly Rates: Commercial and recurring residential services are priced as flat monthly rates agreed upon in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment Due: Payment is due monthly as specified in your service agreement.

Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional charges as outlined in your written proposal.

Service Modifications: Any changes to agreed-upon services or pricing require written amendment to the original proposal.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

30-Day Notice: Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice.

Rescheduling: Service rescheduling requires at least 48 hours advance notice to avoid potential charges.

Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies occur and handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

Access and Security

Property Access: Client agrees to provide reasonable access to property during agreed-upon service times.

Key Management: For after-hours commercial cleaning, we handle key management responsibly and maintain strict security protocols.

Security Systems: Client is responsible for disarming security systems and providing access codes when necessary.

Quality Standards and Liability

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, we will make corrections at our own expense when notified within 24 hours of service completion.

Professional Standards: Our team is bonded, insured, and background-checked. We maintain approval from the Carpet and Rug Institute for professional carpet cleaning services.

Green Seal Certified: We use Green Seal Certified products and equipment to protect environmental and human health.

Limitation of Liability: ATS Georgia's liability is limited to the cost of re-performing unsatisfactory services. We maintain

appropriate insurance coverage for property damage or loss.

Equipment and Supplies

Company-Provided: We furnish all necessary cleaning supplies and professional equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Green Products: We prioritize eco-friendly, Green Seal Certified cleaning solutions for your safety and environmental protection.

Special Requests: Use of client-provided products or equipment must be agreed upon in advance and documented in the service agreement.

Communication and Marketing Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to ATS Georgia, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us regarding:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Schedule changes or updates

Service completion notifications

Promotional offers and company updates (optional)

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per month for service-related communications. Marketing messages frequency varies.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Device Requirements: Compatible mobile device and wireless service plan required. Not all mobile devices or carriers are supported.
